ORDER PROCESSING
We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed Thursday after 12 pm, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to any pending, existing, or shipped orders.
Payments are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards through the merchant PayPal or Stripe. As soon as you place an order online your credit card/debit card will be charged.
Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and CANNOT BE CHANGED for any reason.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise.
Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.
Klothing
Please note processing and shipping time on clothes are longer than hair.
Shipping and processing all together will take 2 weeks. (10 business days)

Please use the “PayPal” check out for an instant payout. If you use stripe you will have to wait an additional 2 business days so your payment can clear.
